Bridge to Better Living (BBL) started with a goal of creating a hassle-free and personal environment to match each client to their perfect community during the difficult life transition that many go through. BBL continues to spread awareness of the importance of finding the right senior living community.

Challenge:

BBL came to BMG for a website redesign in order to increase their online presence which would help them expand their market share. BBL’s challenges have come in a time where baby boomers are starting to retire, but retirement savings have taken hits due to the recession and competition for finding the right senior living community remains high. Along with the website redesign, BMG recommended an increase in the company’s monthly content, which included both blog and social media posts.

Result:

The results in BBL’s user-friendly site had generated a significant increase in the number of page views, proving that the redesign brought in new customers while able to retain current customers. Prior to the new website, BBL had a high bounce rate followed by a low number of pages per session. With an improved user experience, the bounce rate is now in the single digits.
