As one of the longest standing partnerships, BMG and the Valley of the Sun YMCA began working together in 1995. We began working with the VOS YMCA to design, print and mail their program guides for their branches. As of 2015, BMG facilitates all of the VOS YMCA’s traditional and digital marketing efforts by reinforcing their brand through impactful imagery and messaging.

Most recently, BMG and the Y partnered to design and build a new website with essential marketing and user-friendly functionality. Featured on the site is a branch specific and valley wide events calendar, a membership lead generation form, an intuitive design, all managed within a multi-site platform.

Challenge:

Our goal is to increase awareness of the Y as a cause-based non-profit, but also to increase program and membership revenue. Historically we’ve achieved this through traditional and digital marketing channels. As an added value for the customer and to further improve program and membership registration, in the Fall of 2016, we’ll be launching an easy to use registration platform for VOS YMCA! This new registration platform will become the standard for Ys all across the U.S.

Result:

The length of our partnership speaks for itself. Our partnership with the YMCA has increased membership year over year, while also engaging existing members through the Ys offerings. Website users are able to easily access all of the information that is related to their YMCA home branch. With the launch of Digital Counter in the Fall, we anticipate a significant increase in ROI as it relates to membership and program registration revenue.
