We’re growing and looking for a driven Business Development Coordinator to join our team to help find our ideal clients and drive new revenue. This candidate should have a passion for marketing, a positive attitude, and an ability to collaborate with various teams, including brainstorming and presenting ideas or strategies, closing deals and building relationships.

The ideal candidate has experience in sales, an entrepreneur mentality, and a can-do attitude. Presentation and communication skills are strongly preferred, but not required. We believe in investing in our employees, so there would be opportunities to train and build experience in any of a variety of disciplines.

This position is full-time. It is based in Gilbert, AZ and you must work from the office during regular business hours unless on sales appointments, networking, etc.

Job Requirements

  • Education 2-4 Year Degree Preferred
  • Experience At least 2 years of Account Executive & Sales experience in any of the following: Marketing Services, Digital Media, or Advertising Products is preferred but not required. If you think this role for you is right, we want you to apply!
  • Ability to work in Mac and PC environments.
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Zoom, Sales CRM
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks with changing priorities.

  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Resourceful and creative thinking.
  • Very organized and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, along with excellent interpersonal skills and the proven ability to build and maintain strong and effective customer and internal relationships.
  • Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises.
  • A flexible attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time.
