We’re growing and looking for a smart, driven and creative Account Services Coordinator. The ideal team member would bring agency level experience with excellent project management and people skills. The account coordinator acts as a link between BMG Account Managers, clients and the agency and is responsible for coordinating marketing/advertising campaigns, both traditional and digital, and communicating clearly to all those involved.  As our agency continues to grow, you’ll have a unique opportunity to grow and help shape our team. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge and experience in the areas of digital, social, web, and traditional marketing as well as experience working in an agency environment. You’ll be responsible for working with accounts big and small, locally and nationally.

This position is full-time and based in Gilbert, AZ and you must work from the office during regular business hours.

  • Work closely with clients and internal teams
  • Communicate client requests using tracking (workflow) software
  • Meet client expectations
  • Review/proof and confirm that changes were completed as requested
  • Manage internal processes

  • Proof projects in print, digital and web
  • Facilitate edits and changes in WordPress or other similar platforms
  • Support BMG AM team and customers with website builds and other special projects
  • Research customer competition for new ideas/technology
  • Work with BMG internal teams to define social media and digital advertising plan and objectives
  • Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or closely related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 years in account service in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Google Ads Certified or willing to do so
  • Positive attitude, detail and customer oriented
  • Professional
  • Willingness to support other team members
  • Strong written and oral communications skills
  • Strong client service mindset
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat for proofing
  • Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises
  • A flexible attitude with the ability work hard and have fun at the same time
