We’re growing and looking for a smart, driven and creative Account Services Coordinator & Digital Marketer. The ideal team member will bring agency level experience with excellent project management and people skills. The account coordinator acts as a link between BMG Account Managers, clients and the agency and is responsible for coordinating marketing/advertising campaigns, both traditional and digital, and communicating clearly to all those involved. This candidate will have experience with B2B and B2C providing extraordinary customer service, web & content marketing, the Google Ad Networks, social media platforms including, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and others.

 

As our agency continues to grow, you’ll have a unique opportunity to grow and help shape our team. The ideal candidate has basic knowledge and experience in the areas of digital, social, web, SEO landscapes, PPC, and traditional marketing as well as experience working in a fast-paced agency environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating customer accounts, paid digital accounts big and small, locally and nationally who have purchased our marketing services.

Account Services Coordinator:

  • Coordinates project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope along with submitting project deliverables and ensure clients’ expectations are met.
  • Create and adhere to timelines that manage expectations of client and give BMG planning guidance.
  • Develop and update project plans for projects including information such as project objectives, Design, Web deliverables etc.
  • Collaborate with BMG staff to integrate marketing strategies across multiple sales channels.
  • Confer and advise client of project progress and identify any issues from Client prospective that would be pertinent.
  • Reporting collect and analyze metrics, such as # of leads, cost per lead, etc.  Offer solutions and make adjustments as needed.
  • Proofing projects in print, digital and web.
  • Facilitate edits and changes in Word Press or other similar platforms, print ads using InDesign, Photoshop. Etc.
  • Support BMG AM team and clients with website builds, gathering client information, content, etc.
  • Research client competition for new ideas/technology, look for opportunities to do things better.
  • Plan and prepare advertising and promotional material to increase sales of products or services, working with clients, company officials, sales departments and advertising agencies.
  • Confer with clients to provide marketing or technical advice.
  • Confer with account manager personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Writing assist with high level input for social/blog topics

 

Content Writer:

 

  • Set up new and optimize existing PPC accounts with appropriate campaigns, ad groups, ads, and keywords to best drive client results
  • Build and recommend digital strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification for ultimate results
  • Present new ideas, social media strategies to clients and Account Team
  • Conduct market research analysis to identify search trends & keywords, real-time search and news media activity, popular social media topics, e-commerce trends, market opportunities, or competitor performance
  • Monitor the effectiveness of campaigns via report measurement tools and offer alternative solutions for ultimate results
  • Continuously improve digital accounts with a proactive mindset by capturing and analyzing the appropriate data/metrics, insights and best practices, and then acting on the information
  • Understand clients’ needs and objectives and work closely with them or the Account team throughout campaigns, often daily
  • Manage communication with Account Team and/or client and clearly communicate client requests using tracking (workflow) software; carefully reviewing/proofing and confirming that changes were completed as requested
  • Manage administrative and campaign work to ensure that consistency of the production process and that deadlines and internal budgets are met on time and on budget
  • Work with BMG team and clients to define social media and digital advertising plan and objectives
  • Prepare for and attend client and internal meetings, and present reports, so Google Ads accounts can be managed efficiently
  • Proficient in best practices for Facebook & Instagram Advertising
  • Complete and stay on top of certifications for the Google Ad Networks
  • Proficient with all functions in Word Press
  • Develop, define and implement SEO/SEM best practices for BMG and its clients
  • Conduct periodic keyword research, technical and content audits and competitor analysis to discover new SEO/SEM opportunities
  • Optimize web content to increase traffic and improve SEO
  • Capture and analyze Analytics data and insights and then acting on the information
  • Proficient in SEO/SEM best practices and stay current with industry trends
  • Assist other Account Team members in daily tasks as requested
  • Present, alongside BMG staff, campaign ideas and budgets to the client
  • Work with the VP of Business Development, GM, creative and other staff to assist with the formulation of marketing strategies
  • Present creative work to BMG Account team and/or clients
  • Issue weekly status reports, timelines and other reporting tools
  • Create and coordinate client reports
  • Help with conducting research on prospective clients, industries and issues as needed

Requirements:

  • Minimum education of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or closely related discipline
  • Minimum of 1 year in account service in an advertising agency or similar environment
  • Google Ads Certified or willing to do so
  • Highly organized and able to effectively handle multiple tasks, details and demands simultaneously
  • Willingness to support other account executives & managers, traffic, production and creative as the needs arise in real time
  • Demonstrate ability to translate conceptual ideas and complex client feedback into coherent and actionable creative requests
  • Strong written and oral communications skills and ability to comprehend technical products
  • Strong client service mindset
  • Keen eye for details, must be excellent at proofing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to keep both internal and external team members on task
  • Strong computer skills: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat for proofing
  • Graphics or photo imaging software — Adobe Systems Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Systems Adobe Photoshop software; Graphics software
  • Ability/willingness come in early or stay late, as the need arises
